Viewing Trips

Once you have decided to view property in Turkey, all you have to do is book your flights and leave the rest up to us.

You will be met by our representative at the airport and chauffeur driven to The Yacht Club in Didim's premier location, ''D Marin'' (The Multi Million Pound Marina).  Here we will ensure you are all checked in, leave you to browse the property portfolio we have prepared for you and arrange a suitable time to pick you up for our first day of viewings.

At the end of your stay, if you pursue a property purchase through us, the above service is with our compliments. If however, you decide not to buy, only the 'cost' price of the transfers and accommodations will become payable.

As your chosen Didim Real Estate Agent, we will guide you through the entire buying process and be on hand for any questions you may have.  In addition to the actual property transaction, the following services are available:

• Obtaining a Turkish Tax Number (you need this to complete a property transaction)
• Opening a Turkish Bank Account
• Registering Utilities in your name/s
• Power of Attorney
• Residents Permits
• Furniture Packages
• Renovations
• Painting and Decorating
• Carpentry
• We are also able to recommend builders and oversee building projects on your behalf
• For our customers only, there is a property maintenance service available
